Our step by step process:

Before we dive in, we’ll start with a free discovery call to connect, explore your goals, and make sure it’s a good fit. From there, we move into a thoughtful onboarding process designed to help us understand the full picture of your health.
You’ll complete about 1.5 hours of pre-session forms, including a food and mood journal, so we can gather insight into your habits, symptoms, and lifestyle. Then, we’ll meet for an in-depth initial interview to get clear on where you’re starting and what you’re hoping to achieve. This sets the foundation for your personalized wellness plan.

Six 30-45 minute biweekly sessions to collaborate on recommendations, track progress, work through challenges, make adjustments, and create simple, yet powerful changes.

Customized and collaborative recommendations tailored to your unique needs, preferences, limitations and goals.

This may include food swap ideas, meal prep tips, mindful eating, stress relief techniques, and recommendations for recipes, podcasts, self-care, educational tools, non-toxic products, and books.

While much of our work focuses on women navigating hormonal imbalances, stress, blood sugar regulation and different seasons of life, our approach is rooted in bio-individuality. Every recommendation is personalized to you, your body, your goals, and your lifestyle, regardless of gender.

Right now, all sessions are offered virtually, which means we can work together from anywhere. We're currently based in the San Diego area and may offer in-person options locally in the future, but for now, everything is fully online for flexibility and ease.
